The majority of our customers have not grown up using computers, and are uncomfortable taking their computer to a shop to be fixed. Our on-site computer repair service permits you to demonstrate your computer problems to us in a comfortable environment. We try to use as little computer jargon as possible and explain what we are doing in everyday English.
COVID-19
During this uncertain times, many problems that are within the computer and do not involve your network or printers. These can be safely and efficiently fixed by dropping off the problem computer at my location.
If a problem is a WiFi network problem or a printer setup issue then I will consider a house call provided that the number of people in the house is as small as possible and that each person and myself will wear a mask and observe distancing rules.
Some software problems can be solved by the use of Zoom and its ability to share your screen with me.
